Barbara has access to a wealth of information and she dug this little tidbit up when nobody else did:

When I say they hid the fact, I don't mean that they didn't file the required insider selling forms, I just mean that their PR news releases were everywhere when they were buying their teeny tiny amounts of stock; and there were NO press releases when they were dumping huge blocks.
