Greg, Many, many companies report via press release insider selling. They generally include the reasons as well: Divorce, portfolio diversification, etc. I see a couple every month and I only follow about 250 stocks. By the way, I was short MRVC in the 20's and I covered on Friday at 6 3/4. I'm looking for the right spot to go long as well, but it will be for a dead cat trading bounce only. My long term feeling is that after all the inevitable shareholder lawsuits, senior management will be ousted and the price will start to climb if their new technology pans out. That will be proven by price at a new high. I'll be long for the long term then, and only then. Cube
