Afternoon Wally, I am going to try once more on the 144 issue. People have made many points as to justify why they are religous in filing the 144's every quarter. Most people say , "they need to put food on the table". They have been in business for a few years so I would imagine they have been able to put food on the table without selling a portion of their holdings in the stock. Now someone has quoted Michael Shepphard in saying that there is 7 employees. And according to biz.yahoo.com 5 of them have filed to possibly sell some shares. So 71% of the employees have filed to sell? Are they all starving or do they not have a good feeling about the stock price in the future? There appears to be some more 144 files that haven't made it to the Yahoo site yet. These can be found at edgar-online.com. There are 4 new filings. Don't know if these are actual sells or just refiles. Cliff
