Dont' shoot the messenger! I received this Sunday from Michael.

Larry,
Since I can no longer post on SI, please do me a favor and post this e-mail in its entirety on the SI board. Thanks!
=============================================================
Dear All,
Well as I suspected, there was no meeting. I left two messages with Tom Simpson upon returning home from a business trip in Ohio. Neither of my calls were returned. I even drove to Sherman Oaks, CA (about half way to Tom) early this morning in the hope of hearing from Tom. Unfortunately, he never called me back. I even gave him my cell phone 800-number and still no call.
I decided to drive back to Orange County at 12:00 p.m., just after I spoke with one of Tom's children who told me that Tom and his wife were out for the day and didn't plan to return until 5:00 p.m.
I must admit I am deeply disappointed, as I had hoped to meet Tom and Dr. Jenkins. Of course, based upon the history and past events, I'm certainly not surprised.
As far as I'm concerned, this was the last chance I was going to give to TMMI. With no substantive information coming from the company, no
shareholder's meeting , no nothing, I can no longer keep hoping. It really baffles me that a company emerging from bankruptcy wouldn't want to take immediate advantage of free hi-tech services from a concerned shareholder. Unless of course, they have no need or desire for any services, or they don't want a shareholder to find anything out.
As I mentioned to several of you in private e-mails and private messages during my trial membership on SI, I will now initiate my verbal and written communications with the SEC beginning Tuesday, September 1, 1998. The contact information I have is as follows:
Ms. Kerry McGovern
Investor Assistance Specialist
United States Securities and Exchange Commission
Washington, D.C. 20549
(202) 942-7040

I am beginning to believe, as others have suggested, that this shell is merely a sham. Perhaps there is a time-based deadline whereby none of the shareholders can ever go after the officers or directors after a specific date. I think this date is quickly approaching.
Tom's continual delays and false promises lead me to believe that TMMI
management is trying to hold out long enough to meet a deadline, statute of limitations, or an opportunity to sell remaining shares.
I'm sorry, but I've lost my faith and hope in this organization. I'll keep you posted on my communications with the SEC.

Thanks.
Michael
