My reference was to the Jones case being allowed to go forward during incumbency...most thought it would not be allowed during a tenure in office. I would think it a bad precedent in this instance....an incident that occurred well before taking office. And please no inane questions like "well what if he had murdered somebody huh?" The above is not directed at you micny. This board has become tediously intransigent...time to move on....hmmm maybe look at stocks....here tell a corrections going on. Stan
