The Nevada Secretary of State has a good web site that allows searches by corporation name, agents or principals in the corporation. Energy Management Corporation was not found during my search. Several other corporations were found when searching using Mr. Sylver's name, dating back to 1992. However, none of these corporations had the words energy or management in the title.
