If there ever was a time for IBM to kick into their stock buy back program, this is it! If IBM holds up better than the general market, it will be the stock of choice for those who sold in a panic and are sitting on the sidelines with cash. It is a high quality, high tech stock, that should, if there is a God of Reason someplace, appeal to those who should soon be looking for real bargains in the best stocks. Second tier stocks don't fit the resume because they are still too frightened to take a chance.
