Jack: There are some Phillips facilities that would fit right into the RECY geographical scheme of things... Sears Roebuck grew by Acquisition during the Depression in the 1930's when every other retailer was pulling in their horns... You know the rest of the story... This could be an oppty for RECY to move from the number 3 spot to number two, and maybe number one... When the economy turns around RECY should be better positioned to service the increased demand for scrap metal... Jim
