I sent the following email to Mark: Mark there is a post on Yahoo thread that you have sent an e-mail saying you expect deal by the 22nd. Also says that you stress that this is RNTK's timeline and not necessarily TX's. Is this an accurate posting? Can you comment on whether the rumored TX/Shell merger talks have affected the TX/RNTK deal completion / timeline? Finally, can you speculate on what fallout a TX/Shell merger would have in regards to RNTK both longterm and shortterm? Thanks in advance, Eric Here is his response: Eric, I stated that it is the goal of the Company to have a deal done by this time but it is only a Rntk goal. We are neither speaking for Tx or are we saying this is a firm date. No deal is done until it is signed by both parties and until that time there are no guarentees that a deal will get done. We hold to our release of June 24, I never have used the word " expect " that I recall." We hope to have" and " It is a goal " is what i say.
