Norm: Actually, Tektronix, like HP and DEC were for a long time companies selling to engineers, and as such, did not need application engineering of the highest caliber, when time changed, HP rapidly recognized this but Tektronix and DEc did not, they got punished (particularly DEC). I think this actually sensitizes Yocam to that problem (and I think he was at the helm when more support become a battle cry for Tektronix, having come from Apple which had that aspect as almost a religion).
I am still waiting before I buy BORL, however, since I do not like the technical picture at this time, I am still waiting for a nasty high volume spill with a nice reversal.
