To ALL - The SB-2 is worth reading - It is a sad story about issuing preferred convertible stock - AAFG won't get a single cent of the proceeds of the 8MM shares issued. And they have to pay certain costs connected with the conversions. - It may be that the off shore holders will hold the shares for a period but there's no restrictions.

I'll put this share in my far corner of the IRA for now - I'll take a look in a couple of years and see how it went.
