Mr. Mitchell, I advise you tread lightly and be very accurate, I don't think you are aware of what you are about to do. Mr Mann was given stock to wholesale after he put money in an account for such. The company forwarded him the stock. It seems the money came from those he promised stock to. The company seeing the money in the account felt Mann's demonstrated his sincerity. Mr. Mann took the investors money and dumped the stock into the float. Mr. Gary Sylver is irrelevant and a non-factor. The story is contrived as the court documents will attest. This appears to be a last ditch effort by Mr. Mann. RB RB
