I only had a few AMZN puts left from Friday.. I was in them Wednesday and Thursday also. I usually buy from 5 to 10 calls when they are higher premiums. You don't win as much but then you don't lose as much. I was more surprised with my DELL puts than the AMZN. I sold them for 1/2 point but bought them back.

Today I tried to get into YHOO puts 1/2 dozen times and the speed those options were trading was just like the speed of a large cap stock like DELL, MSFT.. At some points the spread was a full two points then 1/2 point than sometimes the ask was smaller than the bid and I was just too frazzled to pull the trigger. That indecisiveness cost me. That is why I don't dare buy more. Imagine losing your cool with 30 puts worth 25k (and options are not an asset)!
