Zolt,

Clinton was not responsible for the market gains, but was more than willing to have it "credited to his account", seems fitting that the market downturn will hasten his departure. Although, I will give him partial credit for that one, his behavior has certainly contributed to market uncertainty and unnecessary skittishness. bp
