All kinds of folks raising money for all kinds of reasons, not the least is being over-margined.

There were phenomenal paper profits in this stock, in my opinion.
Now, DON'T GET ME WRONG:
I believe the UNPH story is very much intact, and it still has a bright future.

But, I didn't understand the justification, valuation wise for the run up to 65 pre-split, let alone the fact it ran to there again, post split.

There's just so much blue sky one can swallow before belching back money.
