a few questions what will be the capialization of the new co anyone know how many shres of vsy agg owns how will new co raise funds through private placment with someone like cancord who will dump the shares at the drop of a hat or could they do it with a public offering of new shares if through private placements i would hope they place a one year hold restriction on the shares this would maintain a better chance of retaining a bit of stability instead of someone deciding to drop a mil or two of shares at once helps keep out the quick buck capital companies finally will the new co apply for listing on other exchanges like nasaq
