Mr. knowitall, Face it, these revelations are trashing MSFT's brand in a big way. Bugs or not, no company can look good with such an obvious example of contempt for its own customers. All their talk about "assisting the consumer in his endless quest for knowledge" sounds more like the pure b.s. it is now than it ever has. I haven't even seen any of their stupid commercials on TV lately. This kind of contempt has permeated MSFT's corporate culture, and it all started from the top...
