Unbelievably - shills continue to promote the Cyberguard fraud

I originally issued my strong sell/short sell recommendation when the stock was artificially inflated from 8 to 16 a share because of the fact that the company was technically bankrupt and promoters were issuing false rumors about the stock in order for insiders to dump worthless paper on unsuspecting victims. One of the false rumors circulated via the internet and newsletters was that Cyberguard was a potential buyout candidate. Unbelievably, shills continue to spread these same lies - claiming that the company is "cheap" at these share prices.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

There is no value in Cyberguard. The company's atrocious balance sheet, coupled with the potential liability stemming from the recent fraud lawsuits and its disgraced managment team make this company worthless to any potential suitor. There is a real risk of complete elimination of shareholder value.

There is absolutely no reason to buy Cyberguard shares.
