Paunch, IPM was the victim of a planned crime, that is true, however the crooks have buried their tracks and are now happily offshore. The people that you can see will all have cover stories to protect them.
The real action took place offshore with short/long cycles totally exploited by the crooked schemers. The reg S figured in there as I bet they sold shares short prior to the reg S and then used those shares to cover with. After that sell it to death as they hype the internet abd broker network.
they have had enough experience that the SEC will not even bother chasing them because they know all they will get is innocent local fish.

I would like to see them brought down and jailed until, they pay the investors back. Faint hope.
The crooks only make 30-50% of the money lost, the rest goes to those who simply traded the ups and downs as they saw fit.
