Brazil's Central Bank Head To Attend IMF Latin America Mtg Dow Jones Newswires BRASILIA -- Brazilian Central Bank President Gustavo Franco will attend the International Monetary Fund's meeting of Latin American finance ministers and other policy makers on Sept. 3-4, the Central Bank said Monday. Franco will accompany Brazilian Finance Minister Pedro Malan, who confirmed his attendance last Thursday. The IMF has called the meeting in Washington D.C. to discuss the financial crisis that has spilled over from Russia into other emerging markets.
