Craig, I closed almost all of my long positions gradually between January and July of 1998. Sold some positions that I had held many years. The tax man will be very happy. My only large long position now is FSTW, a few scattered small positions. I am currently about 50% cash and carrying large short positions. Basically I sold the long half of my hedge.

Except for special situations like FSTW, I will avoid longs until the market finds support.
