If Valence fails it is a non-recourse loan. The collateral is worthless and he would have lost that money anyway. We can't go after him personally so truly it is non recourse. He couldn't sell stock even if he wanted to without collapsing the stock price. He, like me, is in to the end. (I don't mean to start up an old discussion but wanted to clarify this issue.) Having said that, I am pleased to see buying interest on a day like today. Let's hope for some follow through tomorrow and good news soon.
