One thing that may be needed to complete the 1996 numbers is a Management Representation Letter...regarding the financial representations on the financial statements... Does anyone know if the auditors have received this letter signed? Alse, there is no reason they cannot begin fieldwork on 1997 (transaction testing, etc) unless there is some reason to think they may not proceed with the work. Janitor, wondering where my $$ are?
