Larry,

I have received some 4 or 5 calls from the SEC on different matters
that they say are informal looks at shareholder complaints. I believe
the only official request came from a shareholder who accused management
of selling stock illegally. We had to account for all shares
of stock and all receipts of sell for a 18 month period. (I think 3Q
94-4Q-96) The good thing is we have gotten a clean bill of health
during this inquires. An a complement about how management protected
equity during a certain period from one officer.
