Requesting some help. During the previous bear markets was there a level in the PE that the S&P got to that was common, especially the more recent bear markets of 73, 87, 90's. I am suspecting that it may have gotten as low at a PE of 15 or less, but that is only a guess, since I am still relatively new to the market. Has anyone done this research?

Obviously we are in a technical breakdown and what that means is that basicly my short-term technicals are no longer of much use, and that many of the technical indicators are skewed now.

I do think there should be a bounce starting tomorrow, but who really knows now.
