Don: At the percentage rate the general market is dropping, FNTN maybe the only safe place to put your money. Even Bank stocks are stinking up.
I agree totally with the rebound being on FNTN's side. We know it's upside potential and we know its short-term newsworthiness. For the first (and perhaps last) time ever, I think I'd rather be financially immersed in this BB over most of the blues.
I'm glad that MS had the guts to hold back on announcements. I also have a feeling that the IDB deal is wrapped, or nearly wrapped. Take a look at the wording of MS's response to Samir's question. I may be reading into an innocent wording, but "This has been" is different from "This is" or "This will be." We also know that as of last week, MS was still "tweaking" the receiving end of the video. So what was the held-up announcement? More likely IDB and/ or other events. Perhaps the hold-up was, in part, to announce all events together - perhaps it was just the geopolitical smoke. Nothing has changed with Financial Intranet, and frankly, nothing fundamentally has changed with the US economy. As my stockbroker compadre says, "The US of A is the only place to invest." No more Pacific Rim Jobs for me folks. I'm staying right where I am!
