Hi Clint,

Well, the indices are now down for the year and are only beginning to show what most tech stocks have done for a while. As to having the capital and desire to buy - what we're seeing now is extreme fear. I'm sure the desire to buy will run rampant again when we see greed take over.

What would be good for those of us interested in and a little knowledgable about technology is to identify the unbelievable values being created right now and to establish positions for next year (ie. we should now separate the wheat from the chaff).

For the most part of this selloff, though I could tell what was going to happen, I was frozen and unable to act or scared out with chump change trading profits.

I can't see how any earnings warning could inflict more damage but I expect the markets to be higher by the time the numbers for this quarter are out (by October). Till then trade the volatility

So what sectors do people like now - for value and growth?

As an aside, did you notice how some of the beaten up companies did very little today - they've been so washed out already.

Later,
- MJ
