Hi Tom, I have a question concerning you comment <<Those waiting for a bottom in the Dow Jones might just miss a fantastic run in the small issues>>.

With the blue chips now falling so much, why would an investor put money into the small/mid caps. Not sure I understand how that works. Trying to learn and goodness knows I have a lot to learn.
