On the one hand a fed lowering ( almost a sure thing by fall's end ) will intensify the pressure of a flattening yield curve. But if their service business is strong they should do ok. I think its pretty lucrative. My bank , in effect, just lowered my mortgage rate 7/8, at absolutley no charge, just for the privalege of servicing the loan. Amazing. L
