No doubt the same type of person who would laugh at someone taking a rather painful fall on the pavement, and then a couple days later take the same fall as the one he laughed at and break a bone or two (if we're lucky).

COMS will break through the 52 week low and become another stock adding to the brutal breadth on a daily basis. Can you say stock repurchase to spell relief, or lets just demand them to move up the earnings report by say a few weeks. In any case, the new low that will be set will remain within the twenties.
