Cliff, in reference to your post # 4887, have you ever owned a business? If so, what?

Please tell me about the nights you wake up in a sweat because you have been dealing with finding a solution to a problem that is interfering with your cash flow and/or standing in the way of reaching an objective.

Please explain to me what it is like to deal with an outside accounting firm who is doing an audit so you can qualify for NASDAQ Samallcap status.

Please explain to me how it feels to be dealing with bureaucrats who are constantly finding new information they need before authorization can be given to your paperwork to move up the line.

Please tell me how many people were on your payroll and how it made you feel to know that each person counted on you to issue them a paycheck that would be used to buy food for their household, pay the rent or mortgage, buy cloths and shoes for their kids, and everything else that they spend a paycheck on. And, how it would make you feel to layoff any of your employees, knowing the possibility always existed that they might go without one or two paychecks.

Please explain to me when you really get to rest. And please, tell me how to ignore the issues that require your attention 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.

Please share your knowledge of these issue with me and the many other business owners/CEO's out were that also want to know the simple answers to these hard questions and problems.
