The last few "black Mondays" actually saw reflex rallies starting Tuesday afternoon, it might turn out to be this time. As a betting man, I would say the dipster got the S***T scared out of them, so this time it could be quite different. As for the tick, the fact that we had series of extreme negative ticks, is a major element in the "now it is a bear", and truly, until I see three consecutive days of ticks well in excess of 1000, I will probably not turn bullish even "medium term".
