Apparently both sides understood that Fasano would take care of press releases, he did not act on his own. It would appear that he was just a IR madman IF the company had put out their own releases... but they didn't, from that you can infer an agreement. Got it ?

The only other possible scenario I can figure is Fasano was standing by the roadside with a cardboard sign "I will work for food", Sylver tossed him a few burgers and suggested Fasano could work off his debt by performing IR for AZNT. Is that about it ?
