I had read the post that Cosmo quoted from previously. Like 90% of the rest of the garbage the shorts are trying to make stick against LBOR, the point in question is a poorly made one.

Welstad has been selling a small piece of his LBOR on a regular basis for some time. When the most recent announcement came out re: his intent to sell, the stock was much higher. What generated the buyback announcement from the co. was the sharply declining stock price post-8/12.

Laundering money - that's a good one. Funny to see what passes for "fact" these days from the shorts.
