If the market has an upside reversal when Ralphie yells "BUY", we can truly label this event "The Acampura Off Presidential Election Year Bear Market" for it started down on his flip-flop, and it will have started up on his "flop-flip"

However, if the market continues to flop after he yells "BUY", ... I'm getting depressed again - don't mind me :-((((((::::::::::::::
