You say the crooks are off shore and have their tracks covered.
A criminal investigation will start, not because of the amount
of money lost to investors, but because of the emotional damage
done to ipmcf shareholders. Unlike the Bre-X scam, the dirt of
IPM's Black Rock does contain precious metals that can be mined
at a profit. As for those off shore crooks that you say are behind
this criminal act, the ones that made money off the stock price of
ipmcf and have hidden their tracks Sorry Bill, but these are not the
big bad fish, but medium size bad fish, and the big bad fish at the
end of this so called food chain are where the big money can be gotten
by the criminal lawyers taking this case for free, and get paided if
successful with a large percent of the profits, which will be extreme
because mental damage done to 160+ current shareholders will be
calculated by the courts to be extremely expensive.
And Bill, it seems that you don't have a clue to the identity of those
that set up those off shore persons. The money those off shore persons
made were of no interest to those behind this scam. That scam'ed money
made was just the payment "given" to the medium fish. Since I use the
words big and medium, then who are the small fish ? You Bill, and you
were recruited without you knowing that you were part of the scam.
Ofcourse you have not and will not receive any money, but you will loose
money because all the little fish like you will have to pay lawyers to
defend youselves when the criminal trial starts. So either you be passive
and declare your innocents without a lawyer, and be eaten alive, or
you pay lawyer cost based on your net worth to be lost.
Again, it will not be a Bre-X case where the trial will takes 20 years
with no money being recovered. This will be settled out of court, with
the big fish declaring no wrong doings, and their insurance policy will
cover the settlement for the big fish here, as such. The medium fish
will believe-it-or-not go scott-free because they have already set up
the mechanices to put all their blame onto the small fish. Once again
Bill, eventho you are not one of the guilty small fish, your appeaance
on this thread points you out as a conspirator. Sorry.
And hey Bill, I only trying to help you out here, trying to let you
know that you have beened totally scammed. Best if you accept this
and move on. Bill your investments in life will be soon taken away
unless your lawyer is a good one, but then his fee will be large.
