Unless every 401(k) participant is retired, 70 1/2 years old, and/or off their freakin' rocker...

THE LAST thing they will do is liquidate at the bottom. Why would any reasonable thinking person sell their equity holdings in a retirement plan so they can own fixed income or money market investments in the lowest interest rate environment of a generation?

Don't overestimate THQ's effect on pension plans. How many shares were outstanding prior to the split...something like 7MM shares? I would not characterize this issue as "widely held".

Undoubtedly, turning your THQ position for -$1.4375 only added to the calm today. Thanks.
