Vi, I agree on the direction from here, its up.

Today the volume was an incredible $1.5 million !!! ROS was up 22% in Moscow even though it was crossed as a sell trade.
The media has beaten this Russian crisis to death. When Sergei K. was nominated the Duma also rejected him, but the world didn't even notice. Now, everybody is learning about Russian politics every day on CNN and CNBC.
Some positive signs I see:

-- The ruble settled down in street trade over the weekend
-- Victor C. was renominated. Either he is voted in or the Duma
is resolved and he is appointed. Either option is o.k. to me
-- The volume and number of issues being traded on the RTS index
is pathetically low.
-- The international community says it will support Russia (more money) if Russia follows reforms.
-- Russians don't seem to be panicing
-- Victor C. seems to be for reforms
-- The U.S. markets tech and internet stock bubble has been pricked
(time to look for value)
