Doug, I am totally armoured against all lawsuits of all kinds, except criminal, as I have all my assets in my offshore family trust which is devolved upon the children. I have no UK, USA or Canadian assets to be taken. I will not even defend, let them get their default judgements they will never get a penny. I went through some problems back in 1977 that caused me to set up my affairs this way, even though I won that case it had a salutory effect and after that I put the stores and apartments into the trust. So that is partly why i speak freely, in addition it is my right to so speak and i do. Bill
