Hi Ryan whatever you have to do to break even do it and then get out. I don't see why the stock can not get below 10. If it does get below 10 and we see a dead cat Bounce in the market, I do not think the small stocks are going to go up because when the market was making new highs acrt was doing nothing. Acrt was dead money that's just the facts Ryan one could say that acrt was baseing but people are not going to buy up this stock. I have been wrong before as you know, Acrt was not hit that hard today compared too others which is a good sign,but you know from experience with acrt how it can change direction on a dime. Break even get out. best J.C
