Hi Bill, Thanks for your .02 - I must admit there are many ways to interpret Lev's deal. I believe he understands better than any of us the certainty of the company's success. No matter how you analyze it, his acquisition of the 950k additional shares cannot be viewed as a negative indicator of the company's outlook.

Remember the axiom "there are many reasons why insiders sell, but there is only one reason why insiders buy."
