Graham, i was unaware of the "Azema Patent Claim". If this claim had any potential material impact on the operations of VISX why is it not mentioned in the latest 10Q? Has the issue been resolved? Where would someone find out about the suit? I have the annual report and don't recall it mentioned there either? help!! blaine
