Your wrong again, Mann put money into an account and told AZNT it was for the shares. AZNT saw the account with the cash to support the shares and issued them the shares. What Mann didn't tell AZNT was that the money in the account was money Mann took for the shares ahead of time and deposited in that account. He then pocketed that cash and dumped the shares.
Why don't you try to get a copy of the court documents. Pug's has a copy at his gym, maybe he'll fax you a copy. Or, maybe you'd rather continue inventing stories to shake more shares? TOO LATE!!!
