It is sad was is happening to the world economy. We in the West have worked VERY hard the last five to ten years to turn our economic mess around, and this is our reward. Mind you, it's not our fault, we've been hoodwinked and ripped off by the corruption and ineptitude of others, most notably the Asians and Russians.

Citizens of Western nations have paid a dear price in higher taxes, longer working hours, declining real wages, reduced government benefits (just think of health care in Canada). While we were busting our butts, others were thieving and conniving like the good old days. Guess who's going to pay for it now? Yes I'm angry, you better believe it.

Like the old saying goes, money doesn't grow on trees, but tell that to those who have ripped off the Western worker and taxpayer. The IMF lent $23 billion to the Russian Mafia and we are going to pay for that in more ways than you can believe. It makes me sick.

Who's to blame for this mess and how did we allow it to go on for so long without asking questions?
