I am not familiar with all the ins-and-outs of this overnight exchange as there are a number of competing ones. However, it is widely watched and does make for a fair representation of how the US stocks may open in the AM. For a further, pretty decent read, follow the following link:

Elwood gave me this one, I usually used the Turtle site myself but this is a bit quicker.
