Imagine.. Having a Smarty Card that only charged for the TIME you played that game at the arcade, for the TIME you spent watching "Debbie Does Dallas," for the TIME you parked your vehicle in that rain. People will LOVE the idea of having a mechanism for screwing back and over the damned systems that now EXTORT payment for shit they don't use! And, only paying up for what they do... It's a NEW concept! I know. People have been used to getting screwed for so long........ Read the foregoing with a METER in your mind and let it take its time to ryhme free of charge...
