Geoff Sorry it has been a few days before i could get back to you. Well it looks like I got my wish and in the process crashed the whole damn market. I have been reading some of the other boards tonight, and it is like a bad "talk show". I am happy that this board is so calm- it indicates to me that this issue is under followed and under- frothed! I am looking at USF WLK PLL NLC ION UWR AWK and SLB if you can believe that. SLB's meter and measurement business is getting involved in the waste water systems. good luck james
