Ch 11 proceedings will end 9/25. Did anyone see this yet? Quintek anyone? Hold on folks, this might get interesting. I'm still going through my paperwork. Did see a 25/1 reverse split, new name, new people, new products, albeit mostly in Europe now.. Heck, that's better than what we have now. Plus we get lots of warrants for the 25/1 slash. <gg> Effective date is set for 9/25/98, 30 days after that we're a new...Corporation! Or, perhaps the same company which loaned a ton of money to Pac Diag Tech way back when..and..still loses money.. This reorg statement is very interesting. Most of the "property" of PDTK now is in some storage shed in Idaho!!!! And, Quintek payed to ship it there from CA. Chalked this one up to experience and was planning to cover my living room wall with shares, but now I'll go to WalMart instead! Never know what could happen. Anyone out there listening or might I be the last stubborn investor? Cheers
