I agree about companies buying back shares. What will also occur is takeovers should ramp up very quickly. This scares the pants of me as NNC is a great takeout target. Look at the two leading candidates LU and Siemens. LU in 30 days can do a "pooling of interest" takeout (if not NNC should be ASND) and Siemens is rumored to be on the hunt for companies as well (perhaps NNC and or COMS).
