Not exactly, but I used to use the DISH satellite network to receive realtime quotes from DBC Signal. I don't recommend it, though, because on very cloudy or rainy days I often lost the signal completely for extended periods. Not good for daytrading. Major reliability problem. Worse than the internet, if that could even be possible.
